Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange under the conditions outlined below.


Returns & Refund Eligibility

You may return an item for a refund or exchange if it meets the following requirements:

  • The product is unused and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and labels are intact
  • The item is not damaged or altered by the customer

Note: Used or customer-damaged items are not eligible for return or refund.


Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by:

    • Securely package the item
    • Include proof of purchase
    • Clearly mark the RMA number on the package
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

Return Conditions

  • Be shipped within 30 days of the purchase date
  • Include all original packaging and materials
  • Be in unused and resalable condition

Refund Policy

  • Refunds or exchanges are processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • A confirmation email will be sent once the process is complete

Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they are processed or shipped
  • If canceled before processing, a 15% cancellation fee will apply

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account and transaction history
  • Contact your credit card provider or bank (processing may take up to 30 days)
  • If the issue persists, contact us for assistance

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically shipped within 2–5 business days
  • If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact support@flaironic.com

Delays caused by incorrect addresses or missed deliveries are not covered.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or replacements will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Price differences found after ordering
  • Returned items not matching the issued RMA
  • Products showing signs of damage, misuse, or tampering

Exceptions (Defective or Damaged Items)

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

Restocking Fees:

  • 25% standard restocking fee
  • 50% restocking fee may apply if:

    • Item is found functional after being reported defective
