Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Except for the warranties expressly stated herein, Flaironic makes no additional representations or warranties, whether express or implied, regarding any products sold. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Any warranties arising from trade usage, course of dealing, or course of performance are also expressly disclaimed. Flaironic operates solely as a distributor and reseller and does not manufacture the products it sells.
Product Warranty
Refurbished Products
All certified refurbished products include a 30-day replacement warranty. If you prefer a refund, it must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date. Please refer to the return policy for further details.
Manufacturer Warranty
Certain products are covered by a manufacturerβs warranty of one year or more, which may include returns, replacements, and technical support. These warranties are passed directly to the customer.
For claims or assistance, customers must contact the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and conditions. Warranty coverage varies by product category, and some items (such as sealed retail boxes) may not be eligible for return once opened.
Service Disclaimer
Flaironic does not guarantee that its services will:
- Meet specific customer requirements
- Operate without interruption, delays, or errors
- Be secure at all times
- Fully meet customer expectations
- Resolve all software or technical issues
User Responsibility
All products, downloads, or materials obtained through Flaironic are used at the customerβs own discretion and risk. Customers are solely responsible for any damage to their systems or data loss.
No verbal or written information provided by Flaironic shall create any warranty not explicitly stated in these terms.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Flaironic be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use any product purchased.
This applies regardless of the legal basis of the claim, even if Flaironic has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Exclusions
Flaironic is not responsible for:
- Personal injury or property damage resulting from product use
- Use in critical applications such as military, medical, traffic control, or disaster prevention systems
- Missing memory or flash components causing faults
- Software-related issues (may incur additional charges)
- Damage caused by customers, including alterations or misuse
- Components not supplied by Flaironic
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Damage caused by natural or man-made disasters
- Issues arising from unauthorized or self-installed software
- Virus infections due to improper system maintenance
- Compatibility issues with non-standard expansion cards
Shipping Damage Claims
Any damage occurring during transit must be reported within 2 business days of delivery. Please provide photographic evidence to support your claim.
Valid claims will be processed after the returned item(s) are received.
Warranty Claims
To process a warranty claim, customers must retain:
- The original warranty card
- A copy of the purchase invoice
