Why isn’t my tracking number working?

If your tracking number is not showing updates, it’s possible that your order has been shipped in multiple packages. We recommend allowing a few days for all items to arrive.

If discrepancies persist, please contact our shipping department for assistance. For packages damaged during transit, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Flaironic offers international shipping via FedEx International and DHL.

Please note: Customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties and taxes.

APO/FPO Shipping

Can I ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, we ship to APO and FPO addresses. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days due to logistical limitations.

Free Standard Shipping

What does free standard shipping include?

  • Order processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Delivery time: 4–6 business days after processing
  • Delivery hours: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. (based on location)

We partner with FedEx, DHL, and USPS for standard shipping.

Note: Free shipping is not available for Alaska and Hawaii.

Shipping Cut-Off Times

Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. PST are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
