Pricing

Shipping & Delivery
All shipments are made FOB (Free On Board) from the Flaironic warehouse unless otherwise stated.
Flaironic is not responsible for:
- Shipping delays
- Carrier mishandling
- Loss or damage during transit
Customers must address shipping issues directly with the carrier.
Risk of Loss
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the product is handed over to the shipping carrier.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled or modified without prior written approval.
- A minimum cancellation fee of $25 or 35% of the order value (whichever is greater) applies
- Cancellation requests must be made via phone during business hours
- Email cancellations are not accepted
Flaironic may cancel orders due to stock issues or other reasons at its discretion.
Returns & Replacements
If a product is unavailable for replacement:
- A comparable item may be provided, or
- A refund will be issued based on current market value (not exceeding original purchase price)
Legal Jurisdiction
Any legal disputes shall be governed by applicable U.S. laws and handled within the courts of the State of Texas, unless otherwise agreed.
Legal Costs
In the event of legal proceedings, the prevailing party may recover reasonable legal fees and associated costs.
Dropshipping
For orders shipped to third parties, both the purchaser and recipient are bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Conflicting Terms
